I am down to two products in my search for an analytics package: IndexTools and NetTracker.
I was unaware that NetTracker had page tagging until today. That may sway my decision. Anyone have any experience with this? How does it compare to IndexTools or other hosted solutions?
Thanks for your help!
I have used NetTracker with the log file method very much. They added the page tagging in the latest version. I am looking to use it also. I did find a very useful download on their website under the Services and Support -> Documentation and Utilities section all about the page tagging piece.
I have had nothing but great experiences with their customer service. I am not familiar with IndexTools but most other products have lacked, in my experience, in the customer service area.
It seems as though any limitations that were there in the past using only log file analysis have been removed by adding the page tagging piece. Also now that NetTracker has both abilities, any limitations with page tagging have also been addressed. NetTracker will allow you to use log file and page tagging method together in the same Profile.
I hope this helps you.

I'm intrigued by the NetTracker page-tagging solution, but it looks like it demands more of my attention and resources than a hosted solution.
Does anybody have any experience using NetTracker's tagging solution? Is it good? I'm looking for the kind of robust ecommerce reports that HBX, Coremetrics, etc. supply, but without the huge pricetag. Can NetTracker come close?
