Found this listed as a referrer in log files

I am stumped. I found this in my referrals list. When I clicked on it, my own log files came up. Am I being hacked?

[XXXXX.XXXX.hotmail.msn.com...]

I left the user's address identification out and substituted X.

I always thought that just meant someone had gone to your site after clicking a link to your site that was within the body of an email they received - an email they read from a hotmail account.
