I am planning to buy mach5 gold analyser but did not find any information on site regarding for how many number of sites is it applicable and for how long duration. Can u pls clarify if I am paying 199 USD, i will be able to analyse n number of log files and for m years.

You can analyze as many sites for as long as you want with Analyzer Gold. If you want to analyze an additional site, just create a new report for that site. The only time you'll need to spend more money is when you upgrade to a new version.
