Can you share the information that you gather from raw log data? I just want to be sure I'm getting all that I can from my logs.

Actually I am storing the data in a database as well, so that it is easier for me to compile. Is there any information in addition to what is stored in a log that I should record as well?

That's a pretty broad question... If you're looking for all of the raw data fields available your apache documentation can detail that quite specifically.

If you're looking for stats in general, I say it's broad because you can generate a tremendous amount of statistics from your raw data. An example of the specifics you can get down to is "what time of day traffic from australia is visiting". I for example run log analzers for both our internal IPs and all combined. It's an important set of statistics for me, but I don't expect that to be true for everyone.
