I get consistent hits from:

SonicWallsInc in Sunnyvale, CA
NetRange: 67.115.118.0 - 67.115.118.255

67.115.118.250 - - [19/Nov/2004:08:18:39 -0800] "GET / HTTP/1.0" 403 198 "-" "HTTP/1.1 libwww-perl/5.48"

Which I categorically block by UA. SonicWalls is a firewall software company so I am thinking of allowing their IP range, and thusly their clients:

RewriteCond %{REMOTE_ADDR}!^67\.115\.118\.

Has anyone experienced bad behavior or repercussions from this IP range? Thanks.

Sonicwall does more than firewall. They also do content filtering. They may be looking to see if your site is ok to allow. I'm sure content filters have to look at a site to put it into a catgory.

Thanks ogletree, another reason to allow them.
