Hypertracker is a wonderful tracking site. We have used them for several years without any problems. However, we have been terribly frustrated the past couple of months. Our credit card expiration date has changed and we can't seem to get them or their processing company mypaysystems to change the expiration date. We have written both companies several times and got assurances that the new expiration date has been entered, but it hasn't and charges keep getting refused.
If anyone here has had similar problems and found a good resolution, please post a reply or sticky me. Thank you very much.
