Is there a command to see a page's code (source) without triggering the red

I have a top-ranked financial site. The past three days there has been a repeating Referrer in my logs (70 visits) coming from a porn URL which redirects to a second porn site.

I am able to check the source code of the referring page (redirecting URL) using

view-source:http://www.XXXXXXXX.de/...html

and I did not find any reference to my site in the source code.

I'm trying to understand how this URL could have resolved to my site?

Is there any way this could affect my site's ranking? If so, by what mechanism would that happen?

Probably a faked referrer - that's quite common. I get one of those every few days. Double check your logs and see if that referrer gets different pages - that's a dead give-away (in most cases) for a faked referrer.
