I am using Webtrends Reporting Center - eBusiness edition version 6.1a.

The boss wants me to run a report to show the # of hits for all of the pages, not just the top 200 pages that this version automatically gives you. What do you experts recommend I do?

Thanks!

I recommend you ask your boss to explain precisely what it is he wants to know and what the business objective of that information is.

Actually, we are not a business -- we are a US gov't agency. My boss wants to tell the different people in the agency how many hits they are each getting on their pages.

No problemo.

The number of elements displayed is controlled by the template but there also is a master control that limits the number of elements analyzed. The key concept is that you can increase the number of elements displayed up to the limit set by the number analyzed. So you need to check the analysis limit, possibly change it, then change the display limit. Confused yet?

Decide how many elements you want to display.

Go to Options >> Reports and look at the item at the bottom of the screen - it will show your analysis number. Increase it if you need to (it will affect the speed of your analysis so don't get carried away).

Close and save. Now go to the template you use to view the report. (horizontal nav Template tab) Drill down from the template to the Top Pages report, click on it, and the bottom item on that screen is the display limit.

If you didn't have to increase the analyze limit, your longer tables will be available without reanalyzing. If you did change the analysis limit, you'll have to clear and re-analyze, or create a new profile and analyze.

Thanks for your help but I think you are referring to another edition of Webtrends. I do not have the options you are referring to. I am using eBusiness Edition, version 6.1a.

It's there in E-business 6.1a, really. Options (in the horizontal nav bar), Reports. I just checked.
