googlebot visit from 66.249.64.xx

legit but not documented anywhere

I just got a few sites visited tonight by 66.249.64.xx which does a rdns to Google.
But this IP base isn't documented anywhere on the web for them.
Registered back in March of this year, it's part of their 66.249.64.0 - 66.249.79.255 range.

(just thought others might find it interesting)

Is anyone sure these ranges of addresses are inclusive? Like, there is one at say, 216.239.32.1 which is NOT owned by Google?

I'm just lazy and want to do an "IF" on a wide range of IPs to detect GoogleBots that may not be publishing their agent names...
