Certain banner causing problem

I have a new banner on my site. When you access this particular banner, things are fine. It has my tracking code. But when I close this banner(I have a target="_Parent"- just like all my other banners), upon returning to my site, the hourglass turns on-- then eventually I have to shut it down. It basically is freezing. I get the "program not responding". Any help appreciated.

could you possibly add a little more info.

i assume the banner opens in a new window
when you say 'close this banner' is there a close window button?
does the page it returns to start loading and then hang or just hang beofre anything resolves?

could it be something like a bad path?
