is there anyone else out there using this service and is it still working? i have just renewed 5 of my subscriptions and during the lasst 2 weeks the service has been down. all emails to the company go unanswered. however, they are still taking money from people!

I haven't used their service in a long while, because they took ages to answer emails. Also, when I tried to cancel my account with them, they charged me a $20 "convenience fee". Stay clear of this company. I would recommend you find a better counter.
