I just set up a new IIS 5.0 web server. It works great except that it will not register cs(referrer) and cs(user-agent). actually a few others but i can't seem to find out what causes it. ISP swears that it is not proxy nor FW problem.
Any ideas?

did you setup IIS logging feature to store these fields?

In the IIS Manager dialogs, you have to set the option on what fields you want to appear in the log. They should all be checked.
