geosign-v47.fibrewired.on.ca is showing up frequently in my logs, usually in the top 5 access counts. How do I find out who it is?

I am puzzled as it is Canadian and my sites are targeted at the UK.

Any help is much appreciated :)

This looks like a range that I associated with NetSweeper, a content filtering/parental control service. I'm not sure if they spider Web content, or just act as a proxy for user requests to your site. They also have a presence in the U.K.
