Hi, How do I track natural search and ppc separately. I like to know how many click come from natural search and how many come from ppc. Thanks in advance.

You may want to try the appending of some sort of source code to your pay per click URL's so something like source=overture.
It's comparateively easy to do and then with decent analytics easy to track.
