One thing that strikes me is that the whole point of using analytics is so that you can improve your website and so increase your revenue from it. That's where the return on investment comes in.
So, I was wondering if anyone has any examples of this in practice - identifying a problem using metrics, changing the website design and observing an improvement in business.
I'd also be keen to hear from companies using metrics and vendors who'd like to talk to me about coverage in the article. In that case, it's probably best to send me a stickymail. I know the board is sensitive to posting personal contact details, but trust it would be okay to ask people to stickymail me in the first instance so we could take it to email after that without disturbing anyone.
