Visitor tracking services

Don't know if this is the right forum for this question but here goes anyway.

I've recently signed up for the demo version of onestat.com visitor tracking. It seems pretty good to me and I'm considering upgrading to the paid version. I'm reluctant to hand out my credit card details to an unknown company (unknown to me that is), which might not co-operate if I should ever decide to cancel my contract with them.

Comments, anybody have experience of their service?

From what I know the customer service is fine if you wanted to cancel at renewal. I believe they charge in Euro's a year in advance.
