Funnel Web Analyzer Doesn't Recognize The Yahoo! Robot

I use Funnel Web Analyzer to analyze my website visitor log traffic and find it to be excellent. However I have a single major problem.

I have added extra robots to the Settings file and this all seems to work well. For example I added the Microsoft spider. In the past few days, I have noticed the Microsoft spider visiting even more than Googlebot, which is quite a surprise.

My problem is with the Yahoo! robot. I have tried a number of additions to the Settings file. For example:
inktomi,inktomi
inktomi,Yahoo!
inktomi,Slurp
inktomi,Yahoo! Slurp
None seem to work. Yet any of these might seem to be correct for the entry in the raw log file for this robot.

Can anyone help me?

bwelford,

Can't speak with authority on Funnel Web, but generally as you indicate there is a way to manually add, it might be a good idea to drop their tech. support team an e-mail if the way you are adding doesn't work and they can advise on what the best way to handle adding the robot is and then make that available for future releases of the product.

I'm not surprised that MSNbot is doing the rounds they got lots of catching up to do if they are going to be a serious player, which clearly they are.

Let us know if tech support works out for you.
