Does anyone know how to put the Window Title onto a Webtrends Report so that in a Top Pages table it gives both the Window Title and URL?

Thanks

What are you getting in your reports now? Is anything appearing above the URL?

No nothing is appearing above the URL. I've seen from past reports that the Window Title should appear above it but we don't know how we managed it.

Okay, that helps. It's a toggle in WebTrends. It depends on the version you have. In WRC and 7 it's in the General tab when editing a Profile. In Analysis Series it's in the global Options area, under Web Traffic Analysis - General.

Thanks. Since posting this I've found the settings option and they still won't appear. What is strange is that on an old version (3 or 5?) they appear on the same report but not when run on version 7.

On v7 there is a third option: retrieve titles based on per-profile settings

Any ideas?

You're using v7 of ... Log Analyzer I'm guessing?

If you turned it on, then I can only guess it might be that your page title cache is full (unlikely) or maybe the program has no way of connecting to the site to retrieve the titles.

What's more likely is that this question has gone beyond my pseudo-expertise!
