Exporting Data from Webtrends

I have been searching, asking and pleading to find a way to get the report data out of webtrends. The reason is because I maintain a portal, and I would like to create a module that shows recent activity stats as a new feature in my portal.

The best I have been able to figure is that I will need to export data manually from reports, tweak it into a database, and then create my web module from that.

Has anyone else been confronted with this problem and doscovered a solution? Dare to dream of a webtrends odbc connector to report data.

Webtrends does not have to create the reports in HTML format - it only does this by default.

If you wanted, reports can be built in csv or even excel - which makes them a bit more exportable.
