Is there a place where you can find out what websites a person owns?

Ie, you type in a name and it comes up with a list of their websites.

I know about Whois, but i was wondering whether there is a place where you can just type in a person's name and it comes up with a list of the sites that they own. Or is there anything similar?

I don't think so...

There probably isn't such a service because of privacy issues. If a website owner posted content that was potentially offensive to someone, won't that someone have a grudge against the website owner if he knew his name?

Also, quite a lot of website owners are young - e.g. teenagers and it could be an invasion of privacy if their names were revealed.

Anyway, I usually don't enter my real name in the 'Real Name' field. I wonder if anybody else does that?

Hmmm...

It used to be possible at Network Solutions, for companies and also for NetSol handles, but that's been gone for a year or two. Probably other places had it also. I supposed it was a voluntary removal on NetSol's, since the publicly available reverse lookups for DNSs still lead to a person's name ... so I suppose somewhere a registrar might be making this available. But I have not found it.
