Hi peeps,

Wonder if any of you can point me in the right direction. Im after a decent stats reporting package to analyze my web logs.

Any ideas which are the better ones out there?

ta,
J

WebTrends, awstats, .. There are lots of tools. You may choose the tool based on your requirements and budget.

This question comes up all the time - here are two compilations of relevant in-depth threads:

1) Msg #9 in: Difference between a log analyzer and a stats software [webmasterworld.com]

2) Msg #9 in: Learning more about Googlebots behaviour on my site. [webmasterworld.com]

These two posts should answer most of your questions (and probably give birth to a few new ones) - they complement each other, as the two compilations have a slightly different perspective on the topic.
