Hi,
I have livestats 5.03 from my host but no raw logfiles.
It is a new site so stats are important to me.
i.e. So far this week livestats tells me that i have had 25 referrals from Google but i have no idea of keyword/phrases used.
I am going out of my mind with frustration.

If i dont have access to the raw logs, what options do i have to get some idea on how people are starting to find the site?

Thank you.

Cookies or other javascript-based tracking. AXS Visitor tracking comes to mind; there are lots of other options as well.

<added> - If this is a real money site (as opposed to hobby) you may want to find a host that provides log files. Also, since you are apparently new to tracking, be sure to check out this thread:

Thanks for the link Mardi_Gras, I`ll put the kettle on and settle down to read.

Yes, Looks like changing is all i can do. This will be the third host in as many months. It needs to be CF(not cheap) and i have paid upfront for 12 mths with my current host (ouch)

hence the question.
Thanks again.
