Take a look at the agent field. I beleive, this is a well-behaved crawler of a good 2nd/3rd level SE. The reverse-DNS lookup, and whois record make it look bad, when it's not.

I just tested this by submitting a URL to the SE and checking my web log. I got about the same domain from the reverse-IP look-up.
