Asia Pacific Network Information Centre [webmasterworld.com] thread back in January, which does not describe it's intent.
My knowledge of Java is very limited and I'm wondering if it has the same/similar capabilites as does FrontPage?
Such to say, should I be concerned with this type of visitor?
Thanks.
Java itself is a programming language with built-in libraries that provide many standard network capabilities, including displaying HTML, making and sending HTTP requests, etc.
Without knowing more, its hard to guess the purpose of the request, it could be someone browsing with a browser written in Java, or a spider written in Java, or someone using something like Opera, with a misleading Agent.
Of course, your results may vary.
