a good link managment tool

i am lookink for a good link managment tool.
something like linksmanager, arelis zues.
i want it to be able to import links, check for reciprocation, manage my links.
i spent a lot time looking but found no good tool that would do all that.
i welcome any advise

did not get many answers. with all this google dance
and so many sites adding links you could expect to find top rate tools. strange that it is not so.
