Blocking anonymous proxy users

The only site that I know of that allows you to block anonymous proxy users from your site is www.countrycheck.com

They have a free demo page against which you can check if the IP is anonymous.

You seem to be able to do it with .htaccess too, here's a thread you might find useful.
