My website has been up and running for a little over a month and i am reasonably pleased with the visitor numbers so far.

My website is in quite a specialist field and i would like to know how many visitors other sites in the same industry are attracting.

I realise that this is probably impossible to do directly but is their any way of getting a rough idea of another sites visitor numbers?

Any help appreciated!

rough idea: hitwise (but only if you have deep pockets)
