Hi, One of the things I offer when trying to sell site maintenance to a client is regular site statistics. My host offers stats by Analog, Awstats and Webalizer but they are all way to detailed and complicated for my clients.

Since I have access to the raw logs what I would like is a program that will analyze them on my computer and allow me to filter out all the unnecessary information and present an easy to understand graph or two along with some information they might find interesting like referrer, SE key words, country, etc

It doesn't need to be perfectly accurate just consistent so that they can see how well their site is doing compared to previous months.

Since I'm only starting I'm looking for something with the lowest possible price tag.

I've been using FastStats exactly this way for several years.

In fact, because of the nifty report filters it offers, I offer a service where customers can pose specific custom questions in ordinary language and I translate that into a report and then take the analysis back into results they can easily make sense of.

I export the analysis into csv files and then use MS Office to create custom reports from those files. It makes for a nice value-added service.
