Which are legit?

I've found a few threads discussing these UAs, but nothing definitive. I'm fairly certain that Cowbot and NaverBot come from the Korean search engine at naver.com, but NaverRobot - showing up as "dloader(NaverRobot)/1.5" - seems to be a different creature altogether - even though they occasionally share the same IP.

Does anyone actually know if this is (a) part of the Naver search engine; (b) some kind of off-line browser that people can abuse; or (c) some kind of worm/virus/IM exploit?!?

I do not think this one has any exploits to it. Maybe some off-the-shelf application? I really don't know.
