I thought I'd post this in case someone knows anything about this file. I'm guessing it was someone trying to exploit a vulnerability. Any ideas?

Yeah, that's a script to manage .htpasswd files. He was trying to see if you had it on your server so he could either access your passwords or add his own.

Too many bad guys on the net.
