Cheap/free stats software for windows hosting...

I said in the Poll thread that I have been using matrixstats, well now it turns out that you can only get these stats on matrix servers...

Now I want to move my hosting as my present hosting is rubbish, and am getting a dedicated box and will need my own stats software on it.

But I can't afford to pay big bucks for a package like urchin, nettracker or webtrends.

I am also having trouble finding good free software that runs on a windows server. What would anyone recommend?

I am looking at M5 Analyser by Mach5, and they look OK, but I think I will have to download the log files to use that properly...

Can anyone give me any advice?
