Normal that 75% of my Top 10 file types (extensions) are jpeg or gif?

I'm not sure what this means for google spiders but I was shocked that over 75% are pictures. Is this normal?

Is it possible you have somethign that looks incerdably attractive to google images? I assume it's filenames they read (I really should know that) maybe alt text as well- alterations may help get the image requests down a bit if that's a problem.

Welcome to WW lawboy,

Not quite sure how you mean "what this means for google spiders", but if you are talking about your general traffic reports then your file type percentages make sense.

It all depends on how graphic heavy your site is. For example, if 1 html page contains 9 images, then for one page view that's 90% images and 10% html. With pages calling some of the same cached graphics and some unique graphics the percentages constantly change but overall I don't see your 75% graphics being that unusual.
