AOL Campaign Reports vs. Hitbox Enterprise Reports

AOL's actual clicks do not match Hitbox Analysis

AOL's ASIS reporting tool is showing double the number of clicks delivered compared to my Hitbox Enterprise campaign report. My Hitbox code is at the top of my page so I know it is being loaded first. Does anyone have some insight as to why this may be occurring?
AOL claims 37,556 clicks
Hitbox Enterprise shows 17,924 clicks.

I thought the cache may affect the numbers but with Hitbox, when the page is viewed, the code should run and register a hit. Any insight would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks in advance!

AOL campaigns always bring to the for tracking problems - usually (in my experience) AOL reports the higher figure but all tracking software underreports AOL figures. It's not an easy place to be in. I'm sure it is a cache issue - why don't you try getting them to bill you for your tracked clicks and a bit of the difference?
