Webtrends, Log Files and Phluent

How does it work?

My Web site's content is housed with an online "website content management" company called Phluent. When I inquired about log file URLs, homepage files, etc., to enter in the WebTrends analyzer, the Phluent people came back with this reply:

"Your homepage URL is currently
[almostgolfball.com...]
The log files on the server are archived cleared and rotated on a regular basis so there is no URL I give you. The Site stats record the to date activity."

This reply seems to fly in the face of the information Webtrends is asking of me. Am I missing something? Or am I just SOL on using the analyzer?
