Convert from one log file type to another?

Is it possible to convert log files?

My site has been on both Linux/Apache- and Windows 2000 servers. The software I use can only handle one log file type for each site profile. Is there any way to convert from Apache to IIS?

Welcome to WebmasterWorld Torbjorn, sorry it's taken a while for your post to be answered.

I'm not sure about converting Apache logs to IIS format, but here's something that appears to convert in the opposite direction: www.jammed.com/~jwa/hacks/

Thanks, and hi. :-)

Looks like a good tool, but I need it the other way around, as 99% of my logs are IIS. :-/

It might be easier to use a different log analysis tool, I use NetTracker which supports both IIS and Apache logs there are also many others out such as Analog / Urchin which will support multiple formats.

Well, as I've already bought Sawmill, I think I'll have to stick to it. :-)
