hotbar is a "tool" that installs spyware on the user's system. If I am not mistaken, it redirects searches through its partners - perhaps Overture and Kanoodle?

So should (or can ) I ban it from my site?

Why? It isn't a spider, someone who has it installed on their system was looking at pages on your website. If you somehow could block users that had that program installed, you would have less visitors - do you really want that?

I just wasnt sure if IT brings the user to my site, or just spies on my computer if someone looking at my site has it installed.
