what's a good, free and simple to setup log file analyzer? i've experimented with a few and havn't had much luck. my site's running on win2k box with apache and activeperl installed...

personally I use awstats - mostly because the price is right (non-commercial site, so I'm not gonna spend money to analyze the stats!)
