Lots of useful features - interactive querying, ability to specify stats on the sort of visitors you want, e.g. from google SERPS using keyword "X".
Very useful is the fact that you can select specific statistics like the above, and then track their typical progress through the site, through ClickTrack's display of your website pages overlayed with % breakdowns of visitors path. This makes usablity analysis a whole lot easier and more comprehensive.
Or, was it just not practical?
One of the better tools I've come across.

There's really nothing you can't already find in your logs, the presentation of the data makes it easier to follow.
One problem is the app (understandably) can't tell redundant links on the same page apart.
I would consider trying the tagging feature and digging deeper into it, but to me, the app is worth about 1/5 or at most 1/3 of its current pricetag.
From what I know, it isn't trying to show you stats like webtrends. It's trying to show you patterns of visitor behaviour.
I ran the trial (couple of times ;)) and I was extremely impressed. Like someone implied earlier, it shows you something graphically that you would have to spend hours getting from your logfiles. To me, I found the software extremely illuminating, and it certainly made me think, which I can hardly say of most of the log file analysers out there, and I've lost count of how many i've used.
Not that I bought the thing ;)

The price might be a bit high. I think a lot of what you are paying for is bar graphs and lots of colors.
