Installing tracking code?

Help required for tracking sales, PPC and SEO campaign

I want to track visitors, PPC and SEO campaign for one of my client running ecommerce site. Have any body used before?

Can some body suggest me how to track sales? I don't want software to be installed. Also any idea about installing small code from tracking companies into pages need to be track?

We are running PPC campaign at overture for more than 100 keywords, also we have many top positions on non ppc engines like google. How we can diffrencite simple clicks and ppc?

I can't speak for other trackings systems, but ToolShack's Hitslink Enterprise version tracks conversions for PPC in at least Google Adwords and Overture (not sure of others).
