log file changes?

One of my web hosts just switched to IIS 5 and Windows 2000 server, and I can no longer run log files with WebTrends 6.5.

They say the log files are in W3C format; should WT 6.5 be able to read this format?

Thanks for any advice.

I'm not running webtrends 6.5 now, but have been using different versions for almost 4 yrs, and never had a problem reading IIS files from any WIN2000 server. If i remeber the first time we upgraded to win2K we did have adjust the log settings but it was fairly painless.

Thanks much for the info Graywolf. I'm at a loss though, WT 6.5 will not read the files. I've changed the log types to every setting. Summary and WT 8.0a beta will read them, but WT 8.0a took over 3 hours!

the first time it reads a file it does take a long time, if you are building a cumulative report (weekly, monthly yearly) it is much quicker the second time.
