Do you remember this website?

Hi,

I'm trying to think of the name of a design website. I think it's been three years, at minimum, since I visited it, so it may no longer be up, but I hoped someone in this forum would know of or remember it. It was a design e-zine kind of thing, with a few things you could download including free fonts and user-submitted photos ala stock.xchng. It had a non-US domain name, .se or .su or .ru or something. I think "2000" might have been part of the name?

The most notable thing I rememer about it was that they got some attention for having a randomized splash page that changed every time you refreshed it.
