Finaly a yahoo listing

2 years of trying this time got listed free within 5 days

Never been a great fan of yahoo because I suggested my site every 4 months for 2 years then gave up.... 6 months later I decided to give it another go and got listed for free within 8 days. Has yahoo changed their submission procedures, or have they taken measures to speed up their turn around time?

Im almost tempted to print off and frame the email they sent me. :)

How exactly did you go about submitting the free listing?

I just went to my chosen category and clicked the "suggest a site" link. I then chose the free submit option. and filled in my details from there... that confirmation email sure made my day.

added: it was a regional yahoo that I submited to.

Email said it had ben added to Yahoo UK and Ireland and also Yahoo.

the benefits of not having credit card... makes you work just that litle bit harder :)
