When will my site appear in the searchable database?

Three days ago, my site was listed in one of the Yahoo's directories, but not in their searchable database up to now.

When will my site appears in their searchable database?

Your site will appear in the search results once Yahoo! updates, and the update schedule of most search engines and directories is not known by many.

It really depends on when your site was submitted with relation to the last time Yahoo! updated. You will be waiting anywhere between 1 week and 1 month.

Yahoo has seen some delays in recent times, but I would say within 3-5 days you will be in their searchable data base..

Cuz after Yahoo accept your site it takes 4 days maximum for your site to appear in search results. So if you waited more than 4 days your site might be there but so deep.

BTW, Monthly updates has nothing to do with new sites additions, Yahoo add sites every day.

3-5 days. type in your url and you will see it come up.

Type in everything within your description and you will see it come up.

Go to the category and you will see a "new" posting next to your site.

Usually takes 3-5 days.

If you recieved an email stating that it has been added then you are added.

I've been waiting for two different listings to show up in Yahoo search results. Both have been in the directory for over a week, but neither reliably show up in web site matches (at all) even when queried by domain name.

I see wired results from Yahoo. I have a new site on Yahoo and sometime it shows and sometime it doesn't. If I hit refresh then the site show up in the results, hit refresh again and it's not there.

I see the same with some other web sites that are in the dir for awhile.

Anybody have any idea?

You might try checking the regional yahoo's (e.g. canada or singapore). For whatever reason I've had my listings show up in the results there before the US yahoo.
