Does Yahoo change their rankings?

Does Yahoo Search ever change their rankings once they are entered?

I have read about click through measurements, and "link to" measurements as being part of their ranking algorithm, but haven't seen anything move for quite a while, except when a new page is added.

Am I just not looking at the right search results, or does Yahoo just rarely change their positioning?

Yahoo definitely changes their rankings according to their algorithm.

Yahoo! always change the rankings, but there is no time table for that.

The last major update was on 2/August/2002, i think that the next one will be soon about 2 weeks or so.

On the 'link to' analysis, does Yahoo only count the pages that it has indexed that link to your site as valid link to pages?
