Yahoo Non-Comercial Submission?

Is there a yahoo non comercial submission form that can be filled out so they at least know i exsist?

Just submit to a catagory to which it allows free submission, if the pages are Yellow it represents businesses. Find the alternative one and fill out the form, free submission, in the comments feel free to put in non-commercial site. :) I've got a few listed in this manner.

Yes, I can see it everywhere after you click on "Suggest a site" in a proper non commercial category, just as usual.
