Yahoo Referal Logs - They checked my site

showing referal to their judgement.cgi

I found this in my logs today - In the past I've never seen Yahoo referal logs only IP addresses. Is this specific to the yahoo.co.jp system or does everyone end up seeing this when their site is visited?

Does something similar show up in log files for US sites or is that result just something used for Yahoo!Jp

This is the only referer I ever had from yahoo that was non-ip.
