Good Afternoon WebmasterWorld,
On 4.16.2K2 [webmasterworld.com] I made a post about Yahoo's Express Bulk Submission program [sponsorlistings.yahoo.com] they had advertised on their site.

Review Fee:
For each URL submitted there is a 50.00 non-refundable fee which is a part of the 300.00 price for each domain name. If the site is rejected than you're out 50.00, you can also resubmit it like you do with the normal submissions. Atleast its not the full 300.00. The 300.00 is before the discount rates are applied.

URL Pricing
Standard price is 300.00 per URL, use the chart below to figure out discounts.

Discounted Rate Chart

50-250 Listings = 25% discount
251-500 Listings = 30% discount
501-1000 listings = 40% discount
1001 plus listings = 50% discount

Not quite the prices I expected for submitting to Yahoo on that level but it is still an option for many companies out there. Anyone wanna do a 1001+ submission and include 200 of my URL's in their batch to get me a better price :) We can call it the WebMasterWorld Submits for Yahoo and include everyones url from here in it ;)

Interesting... Does this mean that my days of registering domains to DBAs is over and I can register multiple sites owned by the same company? Forget the discount, I'm sick of jumping through hoops.

Will this apply where the submissions are staggered throughout the year, or is it just for bulk listings at the time ?

As much as we see the funny side of the co-op sort of scenario, it's a good way of possibly getting the fence-sitters back into the game by offering them a discount.

Now does anyone have 999 listings and needs one or two to make up the numbers ?

They told me specificly bulk - ie: right now, all at once. If it were a discount throughout the year like purchasing a block in advanced that would work too esp. for resellers who deal with service. Maybe this is something you aught to bring to their attention.

Just how many companies can this apply to? How many people have 500 sites just waiting to get submitted at the same time?

I could understand it if the discount counted over a year, during which time larger web design companies/SEO firms *might* be able to muster that many websites....but all at once?
