My site has been listed in Y! for 3 years, orginally as a free submit. Persuant to my content updates, I recently used the change form to request one additional word added to the existing description. Two months went by with no response, so I requested the update via the url-support email address.

Well today I did see a response. Nothing has changed in my site description, but but it has now dropped from PR #4 to #48.

Wish I had never said anything!

keyplyr - How recently? The thread lawman links to is one I started asking about whether a change description request could lead to an annual fee. Did you request the change before or after Dec 28?

I submitted my update via the change form on December 24th

...and I intended to say two *weeks* in the above post (not two months)

Update: My site has now returned to it's original ranking with the requested new description; so far no contact about fees.
