.org site that is actually a for profit company

I just finished an affiliate site that is obviously a for profit deal. Its on a .org extension (key-word.org). Does Yahoo frown upon this? It meets all the specs as far as I can tell but I don't know about this one

I know of a site that is in the yahoo and definitely is for profit site. But again, it may be an exception and not a rule.

You can still submit to Yahoo. Since your site is a profit site, very likely, your site should submit to Business category. What does it mean? It means you require to pay US$299 pay-for-review fee.
