Yahoo Messenger Profiles

I need tech support

My yahoo messenger Ims does fine but I cannot view any profiles (as I did before) and profiles cannot be viewed on yahoo chat either. My aol profiles work fine. also, at the menu:yahoo help-I can not get that to function-so all that is working is instant messaging with noe of the added features. What is going on-let me know what to do.
